- Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Vice Kink. By sharing content, you grant Vice Kink a license to display, distribute, and promote it within the app.
- App Content: Vice Kink owns all rights to the app’s design, features, and content, excluding user-generated content.
6. Adcoins and Monetization
- Adcoins: Users can earn adcoins by watching ads and use them to unlock premium features. Adcoins have no monetary value and are non-transferable.
- Monetization: Vice Kink reserves the right to modify the adcoin system and monetization features at any time.
7. Termination
Vice Kink may terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account by contacting tejasv@vicekink.com.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vice Kink is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the app’s performance, reliability, or suitability for your needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vice Kink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bombay High Court.
