• No content involving minors, animals, non-consensual acts, or any illegal material.
• No harassment, abuse, hate speech, or doxxing.
• No commercial solicitation unless explicitly allowed.
• Do not impersonate others.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your interactions and the content you post.
• You agree not to violate anyone's privacy or boundaries.

4. Account Suspension, Termination & Deletion

We may suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, especially if you violate community rules or legal obligations. You may delete your account at any time from within the app's settings. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we're required to retain it by law.

5. Content Ownership

• Users retain rights to the content they create.
• By posting, you grant Vice Kink a non-exclusive license to display and promote your content within the platform.

6. Monetization and Adcoins

• Adcoins are non-refundable.
• Misuse of the Adcoin system can result in suspension.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Vice Kink is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Vice Kink is not liable for user interactions or any real-world consequences of using the app. Use at your own risk.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Vice Kink shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ctrl F5 AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright (DMCA)

The Vice Kink name, logo, and platform design are the property of Ctrl F5 AI. If you believe content on Vice Kink infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@vicekink.com including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will review valid notices and remove infringing content where appropriate.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

Vice Kink may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors and analytics providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If a dispute arises from these Terms or your use of Vice Kink, please contact us first at contact@vicekink.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll communicate material changes via the app or by email where possible. Continuing to use Vice Kink after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

14. Operating Entity

Vice Kink is operated by CTRL F FIVE FOR IT AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CONSULTING ("Ctrl F5 AI"), a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
