Published Standards Against CSAE

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes any content, behavior, or user activity that:

• Depicts, promotes, or references child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexualization of minors;
• Encourages or facilitates the exploitation or endangerment of minors in any form;
• Attempts to make contact with or impersonate minors.

Content Monitoring: All user-generated content, including erotica, messages, and media uploads, is moderated using a combination of AI-based detection tools and human review. We actively scan for and remove CSAM and report any findings to relevant authorities via our law enforcement response process.

In-App User Feedback and Reporting

Vice Kink includes a robust reporting system allowing users to:

• Report accounts for suspicious or abusive behavior;
• Flag specific content (messages, images, erotica, profiles) that violates our policies;
• Contact our moderation team for support or follow-up.

Reports can be made anonymously and are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Accounts found violating our CSAE policies are immediately suspended or banned, and law enforcement is contacted if applicable.

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including COPPA, GDPR-K, and international legislation regarding the protection of minors.

• Vice Kink is an 18+ platform. We implement rigorous age verification during onboarding.
• Any attempt to bypass age restrictions results in automatic removal from the platform.

Age Verification Methods

During onboarding, users must confirm they are 18 or older and may be required to verify their age through methods such as government-ID verification or a third-party age-verification service, depending on jurisdiction and applicable law. Accounts that fail or refuse verification where required are not permitted to access the platform.

Prevention & Detection Technology

We use industry-standard detection tools, including hash-matching technology, to identify known child sexual abuse material (CSAM), alongside human moderation review. Detected CSAM is removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.

Staff Training

Our trust & safety team receives training on recognizing and responding to child safety concerns, including CSAE indicators and appropriate escalation procedures.

Transparency Commitment

We review and update these Child Safety Standards periodically to reflect evolving best practices, legal requirements, and platform features.
