These guidelines sit alongside our Terms of Service — they don't replace it, they spell out in plain language what we expect from everyone using Vice Kink.

Consent Comes First

• Every interaction on Vice Kink should be consensual — that applies to messages, content shared, and anything discussed between users.
• If someone says no, or stops responding, respect that. Continued unwanted contact is harassment, not persistence.
• Never share someone else's messages, images, or personal details outside the platform without their explicit permission.

Not Allowed, Ever

• Any content involving minors, animals, or non-consensual acts, in any form.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, or doxxing of any user.
• Impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or relationship status.
• Unsolicited explicit content, or explicit content shared without clear content warnings where the platform requires them.
• Commercial solicitation, spam, or promoting other services or platforms, unless explicitly permitted.
• Attempting to bypass age verification or any other safety measure.

Reporting

If something on Vice Kink breaks these guidelines, use the in-app reporting tools on the profile, message, or content in question. Reports can be made anonymously and are reviewed within 24–48 hours — the same timeline as our child-safety reports, since reporting review is handled by the same trust & safety process.

Enforcement

Violating these guidelines can lead to, depending on severity and history:

• A warning and content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal from the platform

Severe violations — including anything involving minors — result in immediate permanent removal and, where applicable, a report to law enforcement, as described in our Child Safety Standards.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you can appeal by emailing contact@vicekink.com with your account details and a brief explanation. Where possible, appeals are reviewed by a different member of our trust & safety team than the one who made the original decision.

Vice Kink is operated by CTRL F FIVE FOR IT AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CONSULTING ("Ctrl F5 AI"), a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
